By using the platform, brands and creators agree to submit to Contemeleon’s internal dispute resolution process. Contemeleon’s final decision regarding disputes over fund disbursement, campaign delivery, or contract breach shall be binding. Users agree not to pursue further legal action outside of this mechanism unless mandated by law.

Disclaimer of Liability

Contemeleon acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting creators and brands. We are not a party to any contract formed between users and are not responsible for outcomes or disputes related to such contracts.

Limitation of Liability

Contemeleon and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, reputation, or opportunities.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contemeleon, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of user activity on the platform, including breach of terms or applicable laws.

Account Suspension & Funds Withholding

Contemeleon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in the case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms. Funds may be held pending the outcome of investigations.

Platform Escrow Disclaimer

Funds held in Contemeleon’s escrow are not insured or interest-bearing and do not constitute banking services. These funds may be disbursed at our discretion based on platform rules and dispute resolution.

User Verification and Risk Assumption

Verification processes do not guarantee user credibility. All interactions are at users’ own risk, and Contemeleon is not liable for misrepresentation or non-performance.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for checking for changes periodically.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination
